We had central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the cottage. Garden view was a pleasant bonus.

Well-organised and reasonably large unit with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges. Magnificent and comfortable location, in the creek right outside the door. Also - next to the Bottle shop, all the attractions of Strahan and town centre in under ten.

Amazing base for 3 nights. Cottage with fully functioning kitchen as well as bedroom. Handy location very close to dining options and Gordon River Cruise terminal. Park and the creek right outside the door. Excellent and helpful staff. Very pleasant experience there.

The location is great, close to the cruise terminal, shops with meals, and main areas.

Location: the hotel was short walk to all the attractions. There were a fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, and a dining area in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. Stayed for 1 night, the staff was welcoming and nice during all this time.

Some of the staff were not so helpful.

The location of Big4 Strahan Holiday Retreat was perfect for our visit to Strahan. The Gordon River Cruise office was just a short drive away, making it convenient for us to explore the area. The resort itself was suitable for large families, with spacious accommodations that could comfortably sleep 10 people. We also appreciated the presence of a corner shop and bottle store nearby, making it convenient for any necessities we needed during our stay. The natural surroundings, filled with trees, shrubs, and Platypus Creek, added to the beauty of the resort and made for a pleasant atmosphere.
